Livia Mahler has been an Ivanhoe Mines Director since March 2015. She is a co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Computational Geosciences, of Vancouver, Canada, which provides technological solutions to maximize the value of geophysical exploration surveys. She also is co-founder and managing partner of Greenstone Venture Partners, a Vancouver-based venture-capital fund targeting private, early-stage, information technology companies, and previously was Senior Investment Manager in the Venture Capital Division of the Business Development Bank of Canada.
Ms. Mahler was a Board Director with the original Ivanhoe Mines from March 2009 to April 2012 and then from May 2012 to May 2013 during its transition to Turquoise Hill Resources. She held a directorship with Diversified Royalty from June 2011 to November 2014.
Ms. Mahler holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia (Canada) and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
